Hire form
Please note: A credit card is required as security when hiring equipment. The credit card holder must be present.
Conditions of hire:
- All hire gear is to be paid for in full at the time of hire.
- All equipment is to be returned to Fish n Dive Snells Beach in the same condition itwas hired.
- If equipment is returned after the date first agreed upon, it will be charged out at thedaily rate until returned to Fish n Dive Snells Beach.
- The equipment will be issued to you in clean working order. Please upon returnensure the gear has been cleaned in fresh water with wetsuits turned out the correct way as failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of $15.
- The Hirer warrants he/she is competent and qualified to use the equipment in theway for which it is designed.
